A leading financial/insurance institution is recruiting young, vibrant and innovative graduates as Management Trainee/Marketing Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing plans geared toward promoting our services to potential clients
• Work with the in-house designer to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
• Team up with the business innovations department to develop new ideas for reaching our clients
• Communicate to the marketing team about new innovations and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts.
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Brand the image of the business

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc./B.A./HND in any discipline.
• At least 1 year working experience preferably in a related role
• Good customer relation skills
• Proactive, smart and a good team player
