Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of daily bank positions 
• Updating of  accounts receivables, accounts payables, staff debtors ledgers
• Handling of statutory payments such as VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax and Pension Funds 
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Preparation of monthly sales report
• Maintenance of monthly standard journals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• First degree (HND or B.Sc)  in Accounting with minimum second class upper grade
• Strong analytical and accounting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints with little or no supervision
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (words, excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Age should be below 30 years
