Our company, a major player in the elevator industry is looking for driven, result-oriented professionals who are prepared to work, deliver and be held accountable to compliment our team as Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies that would ensure the growth and profitability of the company’s elevator business
• Prospecting for clients and managing client relations
• Managing and developing the company’s elevator brand and dealing with the Media  and all other Public Relations duties
• Developing the company’s brochure, souvenirs, flyers, posters etc
• Coordinating the writing of marketing proposal and the preparation of bid/tender documents etc.
• Supervising the preparation of competitive price quotations
• Coordinating and overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Conducting market research in order to identify the trends in the elevator industry 
• Coordinating the preparation of the marketing department’s budget
• Managing and developing Marketing/Sales Officers
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A 1st degree in Marketing or Electrical Engineering
• An MBA in marketing or fully Chartered CIM/CIMG qualification is an added advantage
• 5 years relevant work experience in a managerial role preferably in an elevator or heavy duty industry
• Demonstrate a sense of integrity  and have strong leadership skills
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong managerial skills
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge in proposal writing, preparing of tender documents etc.
