An
advertising company focused on public transportation media. We
presently require the services of qualified candidate to fill this
position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs within the entire staff base, including training requirements for entering into new market areas.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training and personal development plans for all staff.
- Ensure training targets are met and maintained in accordance with current legislation.
- Deliver appropriate training programmes in accordance with legislation and current industry best practice.
- Monitor staff through training programmes ensuring personal and organizational targets are achieved.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all training delivered in personnel and electronic files.
- Identify and source training funding from various funding streams.
- Monitor the use of training funds.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation relevant to training and disseminate any new requirements appropriately to colleagues.
- Produce reports as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in any related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Not younger than 30 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Vast Knowledge of basic computer applications and in delivering trainings on computer applications.
- Must be computer literate
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and other computer packages
- Must be outspoken, relevant in training, teaching and business development.
- Able to work without supervision.
NOTE:
- This is a part-time contract job of 2-3 months with one hour of teaching per day.
