A hotel reservation service company requires the services of Customer Service Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage database
- Reply webmails
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face
- Handles Sales and Stock
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and After-sales
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc in any relevant field
- Numeric, oral and written language applications
- Interpersonal skills, listening skills and communication skills – verbal and written
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Hardworking, must be active and agile
- Must have a laptop or ICT compliance
- Must have good knowledge of Lagos
- Must know how to drive
