A hotel reservation service company requires the services of Customer Service Executive.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage database
  • Reply webmails
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face
  • Handles Sales and Stock
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and After-sales
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B.Sc in any relevant field
  • Numeric, oral and written language applications
  • Interpersonal skills, listening skills and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Hardworking, must be active and agile
  • Must have a laptop or ICT compliance
  • Must have good knowledge of Lagos
  • Must know how to drive
