An engineering and human resources company needs the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Reports To: Principal QA/QC Engineer
Job Summary:
Provide specialist QA/QC expertise to TNPL Project. More specifically this will include assistance in the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems for project. To evaluate and ensure adequacy of Contractors’ and Suppliers’ QA/QC systems and monitor their implementation to achieve compliance.
Responsibilities:
- To review, implement and monitor QA activities.
- To participate and implement an Audit program to monitor compliance to the Project Quality Management System.
- To perform Quality Audits and Assessments against the Quality requirements of the Project, the Contractors and the Contract.
- To monitor and maintain the non-conformance reporting, and verify that corrective action is taken to achieve compliance with the relevant systems and specifications.
- To participate in the QA review and acceptance of Certification packages and Contractor’s Hand-Over data.
- To review completeness of the data and documentation on hand-over to the Asset holder, in accordance with the requirements of relevant ISO.
- Ensure high technical integrity of Gas Plant equipment and its accessories e.g E-SPIR and 2 year Operating Spares.
- Review project technical documentation to ensure alignment and compliance with corporate operations policies and procedures, especially relevant and appropriate manuals for future operations and maintenance of the facilities.
- Provision of operations support in design through procurement, fabrication, factory acceptance tests, site installation and commissioning to commissioning to final hand over final handover and acceptance of facilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- First Degree (BSC/HND) minimum in Engineering.
- A minimum of 20 years experience in E&P (Operations & Maintenance).
- Experience in the HSE function and full familiarity with SIEP's HSE policies, standards and procedures, in particular EP 95000.
